Soooo um, I wanted to do a video collage of my NYC pics but it was too time consuming to figure it all out and get it like I wanted before my post went up...so photo collage it was! :-) I need to be practicing it in the meantime so I can do one when I need to...i like this one you did and it was funny!

We don't know why the audio stopped around the 23rd minute of the video. Maybe we will have to find an alternative site to use for the video portion of our show.

Giirrrrlll, tell me about it! Your girl Ms. Rock was on something wasn't she! I couldn't help but laugh as she stumbled and choked and went silent for seconds at a time (which seemed like eternity) while her girl Soledad had to bail her out! Strange...

I wish I had seen the interaction between you and the wench! I bet that was hilarious :-)
At the Hasbro party, they did have games on some tables where people could play but I, like you, thought there'd be more emphasis on playing games too.

Oh yeah, thank you for helping me (more like guiding me) to make S'mores...yes, I was clueless LOL

I hope you get to go and experience everything. This conference proves that I am still firmly an introvert. All I wanted was to sit at the table and observe the activities and enjoy it a little bit in my head. But noooo, people wanted to talk and introduce themselves. I guess I can't blame them though since that's what parties are typically all about.

I think I'll make a request for a party section titled "Reserved for those who do not wish to be disturbed while they party."

Erica, I'm not a people person (in person) so at all times I felt like there were too many people around. LOL I had to constantly remind myself that conferences are for networking, and networking requires interaction and conversation. I am very proud of the 16 business cards I collected while at BlogHer. I am very, very proud of that number.

Baked by Melissa has become my favorite cupcake place to visit while in NY. The first time I purchased them I was skeptical of the size and price, but I've grown to love the powerful punch those tiny cupcakes have. I even ordered some and had them shipped to Atlanta for my birthday.

Did you create a newbie recap blog post? If so, what is it? I would love to read it and compare newbie notes. :-)

I was a newbie this year as well :) and hoping to attend Chicago '13 because I live in metro Detroit!

I've been to Baked by Melissa before, those cupcakes were pretty good. I missed CheeseburgHer and speed dating, hoping to get to those next year.
